Deposit Policy

At Lounge 23 Tattoo, we strive to provide the best experience for our clients. To ensure our artists' time is respected and to secure your appointment, we have implemented the following deposit policy:

  1. Deposit Amount: A non-refundable deposit of €50 is required to secure your tattoo appointment.
  2. Payment Deadline: The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of making your appointment. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, your appointment will be cancelled.
  3. Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. This policy is in place to compensate our artists for the time they allocate to your appointment, which could have been given to another client.
  4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
    • Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.
    • Less Than 48 Hours Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
    • 48 Hours Notice: If you wish to move to a new date, 48 hours notice must be provided to transfer your deposit to another date.
    • Multiple Changes: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than three times, you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
  5. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us in advance, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.

Identification Requirement: If applicable, you must present valid identification at the time of your appointment. Failure to provide valid ID will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and your appointment will be cancelled.

Design Policy

Upon paying a deposit, I acknowledge that I have communicated my tattoo design idea to my artist, and I have reviewed their previous work to ensure they are suitable for the style I am seeking.

  • Design Previews: No drawings or drafts are emailed or otherwise previewed to clients prior to their scheduled appointment time. Free consultation appointments can be arranged with your artist to discuss your tattoo concept and receive feedback.
  • Design Variations: I understand that creating a tattoo design is subjective, and that variations may exist between my concept and the finished design. Your artist will allow time prior to tattooing to discuss designs in person and make minor changes where needed.
  • Substantial Changes: Any substantial changes to the design or the request of an entirely new drawing or draft will require a new deposit and appointment.
